Bing And Yandex Now Share URL Submitted From Microsoft On 13 December 2021

A few months ago, Microsoft launched the IndexNow protocol alongside Yandex, allowing websites to  Easily notify search engines whenever website content is created, updated or deleted.Not only has the IndexNow protocol  been adopted by more search engines, but over 80,000 websites have already started publishing and reaping the benefits of faster index submission.

Continuing our efforts to give website owners  more control over the content  they post to search engines, we are now making the submission process even easier to implement.

The IndexNow protocol ensures that all URLs submitted by webmasters to any IndexNow compatible search engine are immediately sent to all other similar search engines. Following the sharing of submitted URLs  to IndexNow search engines, webmasters only need to notify an API endpoint. effort and time for webmasters, but it also helps search engines in discovery,  making the internet more efficient.

Microsoft Bing has already started sharing URLs from IndexNow to Yandex and vice versa, with other search engines following closely to build the required infrastructure. All search engines adopting the IndexNow protocol agree that submitted URLs will be automatically shared with all other participating search engines.

Additionally, websites adopting the IndexNow protocol can now submit their submissions to the  API point below:

The IndexNow protocol can help the entire search industry index their content  faster,  using fewer resources. Early adoption of IndexNow can help businesses deliver timely information to their users through search engines and benefit from being on the cutting edge.
